Hey Guys,

I picked up this thing cheap to get started on tuning my fuel. This will be the first AFR/AFC I've installed so I'm ready to pop my cherry. I am very good with electrical but I didn't get any instructions with this unit so I'm hoping someone outthere has working knowledge of this unit and what wires I need to tap into on my ecu. I am working with a 1990 laser rs turbo. Any help to get me in the right dirrection would be great. I'd like to start getting this thing dialed in before the shootout. Gotta get 500+ miles on the new motor and clutch before I can really beat on it. Thanks for any help you can give.:thumb:

by chance what does it look like? the reason i ask is because there are 3 different models that were made and one was made for a N/A MAP sensor vehicle only. does it have a single dial in the middle that only turns left to right or is it a full electronic piggy back that have 4 dials to use? if its the single dial in the middle get the S/N on the back and call HKS-USA @ (310) 491 3300. ask for technical and tell them what you have and see if it can be used with or cars. the one that is MAP sensor only will not tune correctly with our cars.

WHOA!!!!!! Turn your Nitrous off TURBO!!! i understand your immature but don't show it on the boards, take it to PM's if you have a problem with me!!!
i am just asking a question. many people in general have thought one thing was another i was just clarifying so a mistake would not happen.

REMEMBER i was just asking a question.

i dont run nitrous...

i dont have a problem with you, you just assumed the poster did not know what he has or what he is talking about "a super afr" or is just plain dumb. and povided a link to those stupid afr/fcd type controlers. shit your original post made me question if he had the right unit that we are taking about, some people might call that misleading making someone think they might have the wrong product, or question what product they have. or maybe its just me.... i will leave that up to you.

that is why i posted.

you can call me whatever you want.
there is nothing immature about questioning your post.
and i felt it needed to be questioned.

if that came off sounding like flaming ( i guess the mod's think so level 2 warning you have to be kidding LOL), oh well. i didnt mean for it to sound harsh.

im not gonna pm you and talk shit back and forth thats just dumb.

dont take things so personal geeze. its just a car forum.
