1st gen throttle body and intake manifold on a 2nd gen. Worth it or not?

I saw them in a junk yard and I could probably pick them up pretty cheap. My question is this, is it worth the work it takes to swap it out or should I just wait until one day when the head is off( could be a while because nothing is broke right now ). I'm looking for a cheap mod for now.

Not worth it..IMO...For a 2G I'd do the 1G CAS if you haven't already

you arent going to get as much of a gain as if you port matched the head to the intake manifold

for the amount of work it takes I honestly dont think its worth it.. only becuase you have to port match the head or put on a 1g head. ofcourse if you pull the head for any reason in particular then thatd be the time to do it.
