One of my goals is to see the 300+ (crank) HP in my spyder..and I was curious on what I need to do to get there.I know there is alot of threads about power and so ..I read them all I think.*LOL*..but I still havent gotten a good grip on what to do to achieve it...many sites says different things. So what ya think I need to be there...

What kinda times is to expect from a 300HP Spyder on track with good suspension and tires? ( just curious..*S*)

Look in the tuning guide. The link is at the top of every page on this site. Chooese 2g turbo or non-turbo, whatever you have.

I have a freind with a big 16g just got 317 to the wheels with 660s 255 Walboro and the usual. He got it from TRE with the rotated housing, ported and clipped. Whatever you do get it dyno tuned though.

checked there and it seems to follow my path pretty good.

I am having a 3.0BAR BOV, JoeP MBC installed along with an Injen intake , boost gauge, a/f gauge right now.A friend of mine who works with building exhausts will make me a 2,5 (or 3")mandrel bent from turbo - back( with a switchable cat to straight pipe).
I have a FMIC setup commin on pretty soon as well as a Big t-28.
Trying to get a 3Kgt fuelpump or supra pump to pop in there too.

Whats left then is the injectors/manifolds...hmm...might need to start look for those too....damn...*S*

This is my path to power..so it doesnt go far away from the steps described in the tuning guide....
When that is done I will look for injectors and some other stuff too...in time...in time:))

I've got a spyder too. If you look at my profile, I got quite a bit of stuff and managed 297 hp at the wheel at 18lbs of boost. The Frank 3 I had when it was dynoed had a bad bearing and was leaking air. I'm not sure how much it affected my dyno run. I don't advise on getting a turbo this big unless you put a 1G head or port the 2G head (which I'm going to do). I guess 297 at the wheel would give you about 345 at the crank. Have fun.

heheheh..I might have to go for a 300 at the wheels instead I se..well a little more work and money but...still ...once you got a little.you want more right?*S*

Larryd:
When you had the t-28 on..what o ther mods did you have at the time to get that number?

Ok....I sw the mods..pretty much what I am getting at too..But what do you expet to see once tuned properly then?

I have no hurry getting these things..I am just going a step at the time..learning about all thuings first so...
