exhaust size for T78 or T88

yea i was just wondering what size exhaust i should get? .....upgrading turbo to t78 or t88 thanks

Ummm man those turbo are huge for a DSM and drag only turbos. I hope you'll not tryin to run those on the street and w/o a whole lotta NOS. If Ii was that crazy and want that much hp I'll just run a open downpipe coming out the side of the bumper.

a t78/88 should be fine any *complete* 2.5" exhaust and high flow cat should work well this guy has a setup similar to you here is his site.

yeap i am grazy for speed and power that is.....i am planing to use nitrous dirint decide yet what bottle but its going to some were around 25 t0 40.....here were i live in carrollton ....they race highway monster on 190 thats george bush for money and for fun im going for both ...... plus i get to whupp ferrarie lambos supras vettes vipers and others.. later

hahaha, dude you'll reach full boost like...2000rpm AFTER fuel cut. Geez its like putting a semi-truck turbo on a Supra. .

the turbo is too big, if you want your car to be fast at least learn to size a turbo correctly.

yes the motor is forged and wil rev to 9000 rpms every time.....(got it from pro street industries) i told them i wanted with no crank its cheaper and im using a crower 102mm or bigger crank.......and BOOST dont think im the only who wants this setup search the net i found lost of 4g63 powerd cars that run the same turbo setup i want including a t66 with a 1.8 type R motor......i still dirint decide on my tranny yet....if any one knows a one i could use post a link............thanks

damn, he wont even need injectors or fuel management, cause he wont be makin boost with something that damn large. make sure you post a video of the first run(s) so we can post in the vfaq on how to do it all wrong..

I dont agree with JDM on this. I believe a 3inch exhaust is going to be necessary for this size turbo. Dont worry about internals either, the stock internals can handle this size of a turbo for a little bit. Make sure you have plenty of boost fluid on hand cause these turbos love to eat up boost fluid. Any other questions can be answered by actionjackson so feel free to IM him.

Hey Honda Killer - If you wanna go really fast you HAVE to get 20" RIMS! and a bodykit! Dont forget a triple decker wing! or else you won't have any downforce on your car and with all that crazy power you'll be making it will be impossible to steer that beast.

Oh and Darn it, I forget to tell you to get the underbody street glow kit. It won't make you faster but it will scare the honduh ricers away.

Hey Honda Killer dude, those 2 turbos are very huge, our cars would barely even spin those, this whole thread is filled with crap, dont belive it, not even boostinklipz (sorry pat).

those turbos go on cars like supras that have 6 cyl, that can actually spin them and they still have lag, those cars ive actually seen a couple with sewage piping exhausts, like mandrel bent 4" piping. its just massive

Airpoppoff thats one of sizes i was think about......evos have the same engine that whe have.....i have lots of japaese mags about evos ond on most of them are big turbos t60 to t88 and the hks t51r so im pretty sure if they ca run those turbos on evos im pretty sure i can run one in the gsx
