I am running a 16g on my 91 TSi. I just ordered my Fuel pump 255hp. I plan on running 20psi and a 100shot of nitrous, will my bottom end last?

Depending on the condition of the engine, tune, etc, which we don't know, how can there be "No way" that it won't blow up. Any engine that runs a 100shot w/out a good tune, or proper sup mods along w/ a engine in good conditon eaisily runs the chance of blowing up.

You can't simply add wings and fly. There's a balance of things that must be done. Do your research and you will find that if you choose to do it right you will be pleasantly rewarded. Cut corners and a "bad day awaits you" Do all the supporting mods that are recommended in the faq's. Figure out how much horsepower you want, do the proper mods and enjoy it.

my buddy is running the same setup but he has different injectors. He sprays it every weekend pretty heavily(every gear)...after he got past fouling plugs(he runs bp8's now)he hasnt had a problem. He has identical compression to mine. This motor needs to last for probably 3 passes for tuning(street 3rd gear pull)and as many passes as it takes for my 11 second pass...

ill give you a little history and info on the car. I acquired the car, swapped a new motor in, blah blah blah. Im here now with 100dollars invested(poly mounts, intake, boost controller, afc) i havent lost yet in it and thats on 14 psi. i want to run a 11 on 1000dollars total....400for the car 200 now invested in parts, i have the n20 lined up for 300bucks. so that and my friend is gonna give me his 510's, 2g maf. the car is gutted down to 2620lbs....

It seems like your attitude is to beat the crap outta your car until you hit an 11, if that is the case then just drop in your nitrous and dont look back, (except for when you blow your engine, then you can look back at the pistons and rods bouncing behind you. )

You might consider also the max the factory fuel system can flow is only equal to the max the stock injectors can flow. Without upgraded lines and trying to run a setup that requires more fuel, it might not last long.

im wondering if it will last through tuning. I know the motor will go. It's just how long til that takes place.
