I just finished installing a RSR 2.75" Downpipe and RSR 2.75" Catback.. By far this is best $600 I have ever spent. The power gain is amazing. I wish I had a dyno to see what the real power gains were.

Oh, BTW www.TurboImport.com has real honest to goodness RSR parts.. How they got them, I don't know.. Plus I got my parts 2 days after I ordered them.. That is great service in my opinion.

But for $135 for a Downpipe, and $395 for a cat-back.. You can't beat it...

Only downside is that Boost is creeping up to 18lbs... I guess I have to finally install my MBC that has been sitting in my trunk..

Yeah, I thought I would need a new 02 housing.. But I guess I was wrong.. I finshed installing my RRE MBC today and set it for 14lbs.. There is no Boost Creep or spiking at all.

It is kinda wierd, because everyone knows without a better O2 housing, you should get boost creep. I guess I am the lucky one.

I've got the downpipe, but haven't had a chance to install it yet. Took a little longer for me to get it, since I'm on the other side of the country. I think the cool thing is it even comes with a bracket to mount it to the stock hanger on the engine block, since most downpipes don't have that (that I know of)

For $530
that not bad.
I paided more than that for my Thermo exhaust alone.

So how does it sound? Louder then stock? My RSR catback and downpipe is sitting here in my room... I was going to isntall it soon but just got a ticket and now I feel like ass about doin anything to the car if the pigs keep speed trapping me and giving me tickets with no warnings... ugh...

So what are the specs on this downpipe? I have a Apexi 3" Dunk Cat back and I need a downpipe. Does this go to the cat or replace the cat? Are there any other things I will need to worry about? Does it bolt to a stock cat? Sorry for hijacking the thread, but I am about to buy one and would like to know the stats. Thanks

The boost creep is most likely due to your smaller exhaust wheel and compressor wheel. Did you have a cat with your setup? This should slow down the exhaust gases enough to control the creep. Porting out your wastegate is another option, but if you gonna take out the turbo, you might as well upgrade it.

I hope my car doesn't creep much when I put my 3" exhaust on this weekend. I did get a cat with it, so hopefully that will control it.
