My car has a slight misfire at idle. It also hesitates a good deal comming out of any stop. Any ideas as to what causes this? Has new NGK 6ESs gapped at .30, and new stock NGK Wires. I am open to any ideas/suggestions. Can timing cause this? Any help is appreciated.

I had a similar problem on my 93 GS and when I asked several people about whether or not the timing belt had anything to do with it I got mixed answers. Some people said that when your timing belt is old, it can stretch, messing up all sorts of things including this problem. Other people said the timing belt doesnt stretch at all, it just breaks eventually. In my opinion it was my fuel injectors on my old car but I sold it before I ever found out exactly what it was. Hope this helps.
