Will an Apexi N1 DP match up with a HKS Hi-Power Catback?

I just traded my 1g for my current car last week.
I got the car with a 3'' HKS Hi Power catback mated with the stock Downpipe.
My question is if I were to buy an Apexi N1 3'' DP,would it match up with this HKS Catback?
If it were me,the car wouldve been fitted with a complete Apexi N1 system,I had an n1 on my first 2g and I gotta say I really stand by thier product..
Unfortunatly Im forced to work with what I got here...

Ah well if anyone can answer this question for me it would be greatly appreciated.

If it is a regular downpipe and you are replacing the cat with a high flow or a test pipe, it should. If you were going to get the offroad cat eliminator one, no. The offroad pipe one is a little too long to work with other catbacks. You would need a N1 catback or to modify the other one to make the offroad cat elim one to work.

i have an apexi n1 turboback 3" exhaust, But the downpipe eliminates the cat.... It's longer then other downpipes because of that... It's not actually 3" either, It goes from 2 1/2" to 3". I got mine for 300 brand new in the box with all hardware, And for an apexi n1 turbo back, I thought that was a steal so I got it
