Well seeing as how pretty well everyone that has an AFPR has the Aeromotive, I'd say it's safe to say that it's the tried and trusted one to go with.

The FTS regulator is a true bolt-on affair and should take you 10mins to install. Though getting one is a trick. They make a couple hundred at a time and usually all are spoken for by the time they are in.

The Aeromotive is a bit more expensive, but is readily available, can mount just about anywhere (flexibility), compatible with aftermarket rails and is overkill for any fuel pump you throw at it (not to mention it looks 100% nicer that the FTS one) :thumb:

so the FTS one is cheaper and easier to install? does it come with all the fittings you need to get the job done?

That was one question I had cuz the fts is 50 bux cheaper but with the aero one you see all the fittings and literally everything needed to install it

I found a used one on EBAY, and bought the fittings (1/8" NPT) I needed for less than 5 bucks at Murray's. The FTS regulator also has a port for a gauge. You can pick up a 0-100 psi gauge for 20-30 bucks.

According to the website, everything needed to isntall is included with the FTS.
They are shipped with the adapter plate and fittings for the fuel return line (everything you need).

The FTS will be easier to install, and it is cheaper. You will have to find someplace to mount the Aeromotive, as it doen't bolt directly to the fuel rail. The isntallation instructions might tell you a creative mounting location though. If it is not backordered till the end of time (like they were when I wanted one), I say save your money and go with the FTS FPR.

It simply bolts in place of the OEM regulator. The OEM return plugs right into the barb on the bottom.

I tried 2x to get one of the FTS regulators (when I had the cash) and both times was a month+ wait. Ended up gretting the Aeromotive + fittings from Summit for ~$215.

Check my gallery for pics.. just looks sooo sweet :D
