Will my 7 bolt gst trany bolt up to a 7 bolt gsx block. will the flywhell and clutch and everything fit and line up with no modifications?

Yes, there is no such thing as a GSX block. They are all 4G63 engines, 6 or 7 bolt is the only distinction.

it will fit but dont forget about the flywheel. the gst and gsx flywheels are different. awd is slightly smaller

This is correct. You match your flywheel to the trans you run. GST = GST. GSX = GSX. You never interchange.
