Greddy intercooler kit help

So my frined crashed his 2g eclispe racing last night. Hiot a curb ripped off his front bumper and put a dent in abotu a third of his intercooler and screwed up some other crap too. He is gettign rid of the eclipse but needs to fix it first he offerned me his intercooler and piping for 100 dollars. He originally payed 1000 for it a year ago. I have a stock fornt bumper and dont think the dent will be visiable. But is there goign to be a quality differnece liek a large one differences if so how much. He claims its stil works though. Would u buy this at the moment i stil have the stock side mount.

Check it for boost leaks first. If it's leaking boost, then it will actually hurt performance quite a bit. If it is fine go for it.

I got the chance to buy this intercooler but i dont know if it has boost leak nayoen got a detailed or good way to explain it to me. Sorry never done it before

If its full piping from the turbo to throttle body then the piping alone is worth more then 100 $ and take the core to a radiator shop they oughta be able to pressure test it for you
