I have been hearing pages and pages of arguments over turbos, the AGP's, green, and so on and so forth. I want to hear from those ACTUALLY running these, and how it has been. Turbo lag, spool up, HP ratings, and how much your enjoying it, or regretting your $1,000+ purchase. (Along with thousands of dollars thrown at Mod's to support this.)

It's pretty easy to find out who has what. Why don't you e-mail or PM them and ask what they think of the turbo. That will prevent another thread full of people shytting out of their mouths/keyboards.

L2RTSIAWD, GSX4LIFE and larryD both have L2Rs
jdmawd has an ETE/MUTT

That's all I know of off the top my head but it will give you a good place to start.

Several other guys have the other turbos you mentioned. Search the shyt/garbage/arguing turbo threads to find out who has what.

Ive already said several times my impressions of my turbo.. and Ill stick by them.. its a great turbo.. how does it compare to the rest.. damned if I know, Ive never had a Green or anything else on my car..

regarldess.. these new turbos from Slow Boy Racing and AGP are all very new to the field.. you cant expect the people who have put these things on the cars to be running insanely fast this soon. Patience is virtue.. I know im in a tuning nightmare myself.

I agree, these turbos need more time to be proven. Well except for the Green. I run SBRs M50, and I love it. I'll hold judgement until the turbo has some miles on it and is given a chance to reach its full potential (FMIC, etc) before I give my thoughts. Once its had a fair chance, I'll post a review. Sometimes I wish more poeple would do it that way... But poeple can always feel free to contact me for any info, as usual, until then.

I love it. I'll hold judgement ..

umm does this make sense to anyone else...LOL..anyway. Fact is many people say they love their turbos and they're so great and, "oh look my turbo has a 50 trim wheel, how can it NOT be a good turbo." Well I think it's a bunch of shite. Just becasue I turbo has the right ingredients doesn't prove it's worth. 90% of the people on this board will never use the parts on their car to their capabilities, but in the meantime you can bet your ass they'll say they have the best turbo and whatnot. Nobody wants to admit they have a junk turbo on their car and should have gone with a proven turbo. I've seen what a few turbos can and I'm not going to take someones word about their turbo when they can't even run 16G times...

The 12.47 on pump gas is promising, so I am happy with the turbo so far, but I wont rant about how great it is until it is actually running great. Which is why I'm not posting my thoughts on it until I do run the times that are expected of it. Until it is properly supported that wont happen. But as I recall, you werent even running 14b times on your 16g, and you're upgrading ;) But enough shyting out of my mouth/keyboard...

But as I recall, you werent even running 14b times on your 16g, and you're upgrading

Yeah, I have a shite mechanic, LOL

Well this thread just went to hell... I thought 12.7 was considered "14b times" for a full weight 2g. We're not talking about 2700 pound 1Gs here ;) Nor are we talking about your shite 13.7 with the same 16g and a FMIC :p If not for your shite mechanic you would have parted out that piece long ago ;) Now lets stop hijacking this thread you tool.

how can we even say 16g times or 14b times.. just because some people have done it does not make it the norm.. I hate that with a passion. no matter how fast I get with my L2R.. people will say Ive seen a 16g run better.. who gives a crap.

Here's two lines I love reading:
90% of the people on this board will never use the parts on their car to their capabilities
- Actually, I believe that's probably true for the entire internet, not just this board... but if you're insinuating that everyone on "this particular website" has a lot to learn, then start teaching.

you weren't even running 14b times on your 16g
- 14b AWD or FWD times? Race gas or pump? slicks or radials? What's an acceptable 14b time? What's an acceptable 16g time before upgrading to a larger turbo is okay in your opinion?

The one person that usually $hits on people in these types of threads is the one that sat back and answered with the most helpful info... glad to see it Batman. It's too bad another person had to go and ruin the thread though.

I'm not sure why the DSM community has so many sacrastic punks, but it's becoming even more of a problem than the "loud BOV" questions. I guess there are other places that allow people to take cheap shots at other members - not here. Please read the rules before you post.

To Everyone - if you find your time is better spent making fun of people instead of posting helpful info, please go somewhere else. We're trying to help teach the new people coming into the DSM industry, not turn them away with sarcastic attitudes.
