Can you remove the 2g exhaust manifold, and reinstall it with out having to remove the turbo? Thanks!!!

Thanks man, I really appreciate it! I wished I would have done it when I installed the B28 turbo, but funds $ kept me from doing it then. But... I'm happy as hell that I don't have to go through with removing the turbo again, which wasn't to bad, but I just didn't want have to do it again. AnthonyOriginally posted by NosLaser
That's the easiest way to do it. Remove the 3 14mm turbo bolts, and the one 14mm turbo nut, and then remove the numerous 12mm nuts and 2 14mm nuts that hold the manifold to the head, and voila! The bolts that hold the manifold to the head are a little tricky to get to; some are best taken off with a 12mm gear wrench, and others, you have to use a long extension on a socket and remove them from underneathe the manifold. All in all, it shouldn't take more than 30 minutes of solid work.
