I was having a problem with boot creep with my s16g. I had a 2g o2 housing, Apexi 2.5-3" dp and a rnr 3" exhaust. I was creeping up to about 20 psi.
I bought a punishment racing 2.5" tubular o2 housing (recirclated) for about $115. It looked sorta rough when I got it but after an hour and a half with a dremel, I got the inner seams pretty smooth. I put on a ported 2g exhaust manifold at the same time, and now my boost creep is gone!! It sits right at 14 psi. Its time to turn it up and get 18 psi the right way. :D Just a thought for those who are struggling with boost creep.

Well i dont have a boost creep problem because i have a ported stock 02 with the wategate hole opened up massively which cured my creep.... But im curious to know if your 02 housing from punishment racing looks like mine??? I also bought one from them, But i haven't put it on because to me it looks like the Wastegate plumbing is recirculated back in the exhaust side almost at a 90 degree angle..... I was thinking, wouldnt this cause turbulence and disrupt the flow of exhaust coming from the turbine????.... Maybe its just me but i seem to anlyze things too much. LOL What do you think???

It looks fine to me, what size is all that piping made for that recirc'd o2 housing from punishment? I'm lookin to have a cure for creep before i experience it in a few weeks when I get my 3" exhaust on. If you could find the sizes of the parts on that 02 housing you have that'd be great...thanks -Matt

stock 2g mani, 7cm gasket (step removed on exhaust housing), b16g ported w/34mm flapper, punishment 2.5 tubular 02 housing, 2.5" gasket, rnr turboback stainless 3" exhaust = NO CREEP

with my turboxs dsbc @ 10 psi on low and 14psi on high I get none.

The punishment housing is kinda rigid on the inside but for the price I dont think it can be beat at all. Got mine brand new with the high temp paint for $155 shipped.

Well mine came 2.5" with the wastegate about 1.5 maybe 1.75". But since my turbine outlet is maybe an 1/8" bigger i had to port mine to 2.75" and while i did that i cleaned up the inside smoothly with the porting tool... ALso i had high temp paint on mine as well but when i threw it into a bucket full of fresh gasoline to clean up all the little metal bits the high temp paint melted right off LOL i wasn't thinking before i did that... :D
