well the other day I put new rings on my pistons and new rod bearings, well I was about to put the head back on today, but i did some searchin' and it got me kinda peronoid. All I did to the cylinder walls was take a glaze breaker to it to make new cross hatchings. so I guess my question is...will that be enough for my new rings to seat? I guess before I go any further I would like to have either the peice of mind...or know that I should take the block out and have it honed
derek
edit: ok did some more research...do I have my termonolgy screwwed up, is honning basically the same as glaze breaking
