Lee's Summit,
Hey guys,

Was wonder if anyone wanted to throw out an estimated HP level and 1/4 times the following setup would have...

92 (6bolt) AWD Turbo:
8mm wires
NGK (6) plugs
MSD DIS 2 ignition
TMO stage 3 ECU chip
-
K&N filter
big 16g ported to 7cm, ported to match EVO3 O2 housing
-
550cc injectors
fuel pressure regulator
255lph walbro fuel pump
-
2G exhaust manifold ported to match 7cm gasket (manifold<->turbo)
custom O2: 2.5" "compressor path", 2" "waste gate path" dumped.
3" mandrel downpipe
3" mandrel with 3" flex, 12" resonator, and a 3" dynomax muffler

The next step after the above is:
2g MAS
3" intake pipe.
2.5" mandrel bent piping for intake (from turbo to TB)
starion FMIC (flows ~600CFMs) with larger in/outlets
BOV (havn't decided on one yet...)
1.75" turbo outlet

I'm wondering about the levels at that point too.
After all of that, I'm sure I'll be looking to get a S-AFC or something deliver the right amount of fuel to get the most of of that setup.

Well, I run 6's now. But I'm sure I'll see ignition problems when I start pushing more fuel. Then I'll run 7's.

~~ 285whp I have roughly the same stuff, but a FMIC and did 1 quick dyno untu ed and got 294whp @20psi

I would agree with going with the 7's now. That's a safety thing. The 6's may not dissapate enough heat and be giving knock that could easily and cheaply be avoided.

The injectors and S-AFC have to go in at the same time. Your car will run like crap without the fuel control and bog at high rpm. You can probably run lower fuel pressure to make the 550s act like stock injectors w/o an AFC but it wont be ideal because of lower fuel atomization.
