Resolved Oil Filter Housing Sensors?

Question on the oil filter housing. One is the oil pressure switch but what is the other one called.
one looks like a bell
one looks like an acorn
need to know the names of them

Bell (the bigger one) is the oil pressure sensor and that operates the gauge.

The smaller 'acorn' is the switch and that operates the light.

Now if anyone can tell me how to get the sensor off that would be great.

you should be able to get in there with a small wrench. mine came off no problem

Don't expect many autozone workers to know much about our cars (or any car for that matter) . I've met a few that are good but most don't know much.

That is so very true. Yesterday when I went there to ask for the parts the guy looked at me like as if i were an alien. I also bought some rear breaks but did not check them to see if they were the right ones. I got home and guess what wrong pads. Now my car is stuck in the air till I go back and ***** at them. Dont know how they get there jobs there. I tried to get a job and they never call me back

Just go to MachV, I have been to 4 different autoparts stores and got 4 different parts when I replaced my sensor. Napa was the one that got it right.
