I got a pipe thats missing the 3 nipples for crank and vavle pressure equalizer. I can put catchcans on those and vent them into atmosphere.

The problem is the line that goes from wastegate solenoid to the intake. How do i hook up that one????

thanks

Are you running a Manual Boost Controller? I think you could just as easy run that line to the BOV line. It's just a pressure source if i'm not mistaken.

I am having a similar problem...I have Extreme Turbo's 3" MAS inlet pipe and the only thing it has is the BOV return. I have a MBC and valve cover breather. The only one left is the medium sized line that previously went right below the BOV return. Is this the crank case breather? What do I do with it? Can I just leave it there and get a breather later?

My Intake has no vaccumm ports and no BOV return. Just a 3inch pipe from the MAS to the turbo.

If you want, you can drill and tap in some brass fittings (or any other hose fittings)to accept those lines. Just remember to clean it thoroughly so no metal shaving will get sucked into the turbo.

I have went through this same thing. I have the Extreme Turbo Intake Pipe with ONLY the BOV return. IF memoey serves me there were three taps into the stock plastic intake pipe.

1. The large(r) diameter hose that leads to underneath the battery; this goes to your charcoal canister purge line. This line can just be removed, it will cause no problems. The charcoal canister will just vent to the atmosphere.

2. The line to the wastegate soleniod. Without a MBC you can just cut a small piece (I used the stock hose) of hose that needs to run from the nipple on the compressor housing to the wastegate actuator itself. This will work perfectly fine, it has for me and I verified this through the Extreme Turbo techs.

3. The feed from the valve cover which everyone just disconnects and puts on a breather.

Hope that helps!!
