Here are my mods: K&N FIPK, 1g BOV, Brode Upper IC Pipe, MBC@15psi, Hacked Dump Tube, Sheetmetal Cold Air Box, Greddy Lower IC Pipe, Rewired Fuel Pump, Accel 8mm Blue Plug Wires, Soon to have Stage 3 TMO Eprom.

Which plug should I run, stock 6ES or colder 7ES?

And when I add these mods: 550cc Injectors, AFC, Walbro 190lph Fuel Pump, 3" RNR Racing Turbo Back o2 eliminator Exhaust, AGP T28 Turbo, HahnRacecraft Upgraded Sidmount IC, EGT, Turbo Timer, DSMLink, Jumptronix A/F Meter, ACT 2100 Clutch

Then which should I run?

Thanks

IMO, if you're running 15psi, i would go ahead and use the BPR7ES's...i was running 15psi with my old t-25 and never notices any excessive build up on the electrodes...about the gap, i would stay at .028 unless you go with a MSD or something that's going to increase your spark...
just my oppinion...

Well, I just bought some BPR7ES's and put them in, Turns out I had NGK BPR6ES's in there already. The prior owner must have changed them right before he sold it to me. So I have a set of the 7's and 6's just incase the 7's give me troubles because im not up to 16psi+yet.
