Pre-Fab Pipe Sizes for 2G Turbo (intake, uicp)

I want to construct my own intake pipe using pre-fabricated aluminized piping from exhaust or auto supply shops (connected with PVC tubing and clamps)...

Can anyone give me the dimensions I require to make an intake pipe? I realize that it might take more than one mandrel bent pipe to accomplish this...

Also for an UICP too...

2.75 for the Intake ( 3" might fit)

2.25 or 2.5 for Intercooler piping

piping diameter is very important to know!

How about specific sizing in terms of bends in the pipe... i might be asking too hard a question here actually

You can do your intake and UPIC with two 45 degree bends and silicone couplings. You are fine at 2.25 in. ID. Do this:

Some thing like this only requires a little welding and a 45 degree coupling.
