Best prices and place to buy a mitsu 4 layer gasket and a set of ARP studs for a 2G?

Also, I've never done this job before. Is there a good how to I can read before tackling it? I've got the Chiltons and that's about it. thanks.

It's tough to get those metal HG's to seal. Make sure that the head and the block are perfectly straight. For 400 HP a stock HG should do the job and is a lot easier to seal. Get a timing belt tensioner tool. Pulling the head with the manifolds attached is the easiest. Make sure to get the head checked for straightness at a macine shop.PM or email me along the way if needed. I've done 5 this year. :dsm:

Is the 4 layer worth twice the money? For reference I plan on making around 400hp at the crank.

It will take any amount of power you will throw at it.
