need advice on upgrading..

well basically i have 400 bucks...

yesterday... i pulled up to like an 89 civic, it looked pretty clean. The Guy laughed at me, i was wondering wtf.. he heard my hks.. and hes a civic laughing.. i knew something was up he took off spinning, so i had 3 seconds on him and he zoomed by..killed me by like 4 cars.. and then there was a light so by more probably, i dont think my turbo even spooled.. of course he had a stick.. and i have my auto .. so i pulled up to him laughing his ass off... i asked what he had.. he said exhaust.. i said bullshit i kill civics all day, he admited to having a single overhead v-tec,t3/t4 turbo,and all the supporting mods.. i was embarassed..

now wth 400 bucks.. how much faster can i make my car...
i was going to use the money to make my car look better but we'll see...

a bigger fuel pump, a logger, and afc. then install the profec, turn up the boost after you get the pump and tune it. good luck and that sucks that you lost to a civic but they are light as hell and quick with turbos.
