Ok I know the first gens run around ~13psi stock but I know the wg is set lower because you have some sort of boost controller bleeding off and raising the boost. Does anyone know exactly what the 14B's wg opens up at without the boost controller? If I had the tools I could test mine here but I'm hoping one of you know.

No... he asking what the actuator will open at with just a signal and no controller. If I'm not mistaken, it has a .5bar spring, or around 7.35psi. Don't quote me on that. I know it's lower that 10.5psi because that is what stock 1G boost is *supposed* to be.
 
Ahhhhh, that would be 8psi then, or technically .5 bar I guess like batman says. I ran my car like that with the 14b before I got my 16g and it hti 8psi every time right oon the money
 
Thanks a lot guys. I still wish I could get it down to around 5-6. I think I'm still going to have to fab this other wg on somehow. I don't know if I could legnthen the rod just a hair to open sooner without having it partially open all the time.
