Advise on TRE FrankJr 19c Turbo, May buy one today

I paypaled $400 to a guy last night for a big16g with 2000 miles on it and today he says he does not see it in his paypal account when my account says the payment was sent to him, he also said he would ship it as soon as I sent it, I think he is stalling, I may click cancel and refund and buy another turbo,,,, which leads me to this, I found a TRE Frank Jr. 19c turbo , rebuilt with 2000 miles on it for $495 shipped. Can anyone tell me anything about the 19c. Or give any advise on another turbo in the $400- $500 price range.

Nooooo, It is a different one, a real Big 16g. BTW,,the guy selling/suckering the 14b as the B16G did $290 dollars, someone got burned BAD......

As for the question about the FrankJr 19c,,,,NEVERMIND,, I am sticking with the B16G , maybee it will work out with the guy I paypald the $400 to. Thanks

FYI: Depending on your funding source, Paypal works like a check. It will take 3-4 business days to clear. After it clears, the seller will actually recieve the money.

As far as the turbos, I think the 19c is a couple steps up from a the 16g series but it still not yet the size of a 20g. When I say "step", I have read that the power difference in each "step" (i.e. s16g moving up to a b16g) is rather small.

If you sent him an instant transfer, he would have the money in his account moments after you've sent it. If you haven't already, get your money back.

It depends on how the funding sources are set up. To be able to use instant transfer, you must have two confirmed funding sources (i.e. a bank account and a credit card). If he only has a bank account as the only funding source, it works like a check and will take a couple days for the transfer to clear.

Bob, check the recent transactions log in your paypal account. Check to see if the transaction has been completed. Also, how many days ago was it since you sent the money?

It was a wierd deal on him saying the money was not showing, I ended up doing a cancel and getting my $400 back and then the guy changed the auction to buy it now and I clicked it and repaid with paypal and this time he got it.I got the B16g today

I read for hours and most people say the Big 16g is a better.stronger turbo, and with less lag. I am not %100 sure I bought the right turbo, but I could not find any threads with unhappy B16g owners and I found a few unhappy 19c owners. And the b16g was cheaper.
