92 6bolt TSi Into A 95 GST (HELP!!!)

I just bought a 1995 GST with no engine or ecu...bought a AEM standalone and already have a 6 bolt from my 92 TSi AWD. Will this work or do I have to by a new engine, which I wouldnt mind doing except for the fact I just had my 6 Bolt rebuilt less than a thousand miles ago???? Can anyone recommend a VFAQ or tell me if I need anything other than the engine and ECU replacement????


Finally have a 2G and cant wait to hit the track!!!!!

Yes it will work. And i hope you are buying my car still If so I am pulling the motor next weekend.

The 6 bolt will fit right in but you may need the 2G motor mounts and a few other minor parts. If you have the complete 6 bolt just go to www.magnusmotorsports.com and read their writeup on the swap. I'll be putting the 6 bolt in my 95 Tsi in a month or so as well.

very easy swap...just follow all the instructions out there on the internet and im sure you will be fine. just make sure you have all the right parts before you try to slap it in the car. Good luck
