550s, SAFC, 2g mass, no fuel pump?

hi,

I just wanted some opinions. My Little bro has a 1g fwd turbo. It has a 2g exh mani, 16g, egt guage, mbc, stuff like that. I have a set of Rc550s, Safc and and 2g mas for him. Do you think i can put this stuff in for now. Will it be ok with out upgrading the fuel pump at this time. I was thinking it should be fine even though i dont have an aftermarket pump i would imagine i just can run more then like 16 psi. Let me know if you have any other suggestions

well, with 550's and a 2g mas, and your looking to boost 16psi on a 16g, i would personally put in a 255 fuel pump just for safety precautions. i think the most boost you could do w/o a fp is 15psi

a fuel pump is so cheap its not worth it to risk anything, if youre gonna put that stuff in dont boost over like 14PSI its not gonna be fast without the pump anyway. just get the pump its like 100$

oh no i know what your saying. Its not my car. Its my little brothers. This stuff is laying around and i have some free time this week so i was going to install it while i have the time. He is getting a pump but i was just going to put it in while it was easy on me. Either way i wasnt taking the boost over 12.....

I am running dsmlink v2, rewired stock fuel pump, big 16g, rc550's, and a greddy big 24R fmic.

I run as much as 21psi on pump gas with no knock. (This is my gsx btw)
Walbro 190 is on the way though.
