I know that you guys are prolly going to kill me for this but i want to put a turbo on my gst and i know that it is fwd so i do want traction when i go to the track and run mid/high 12 and low 13's. Also i want to keep the stock 2g manifold I was lookin at an evoIII big 16g(cuz this is better than the big 16g right???), or i guess the next step up would be the GReddy TD05H-18G Turbo Kit, then the 20g.... if there are any better turbo's out there please tell me and don't kill me for asking this question because i haven't heard anyone ask about the 18g yet

the Greddy 18G is a waste of money. The lastest trend is a hybrid T3/T4 that bolts on to the stock e.mani and o2 housing. You can get them from AGP and PTE they offer more power than both a 16G and 20G and cost less then 20G but more than a 16G. Here is a pic of my 50-TRIM from AGP .

i got a t3/t4 turbo on mine with greddys boost controler. duel boost settings one for low and one for high. so i have the traction in the beggining and then hit the boost.. works perfect. starts a 15 then kicks to 23

In my opinion i would get a turbo that is a little more laggy so you wont spin as much but once the boost hits its like a rocket. In theory this should work, but thats just in theory. You should just ask some of the fwd guys on here. But that is just my .02.

16G is able to fufill your goal. The Suspension, LSD, and tires are much more important for good 1/4 times for FWD then raw power.

on the 50trim do i want it internally gated or externally and if i want it externally do i want it on the manny or the o2 housing... also what is the 90 degree elbow for
