Ok so its the oil supply line for a turbo. Awesome...it was lose and oil was coming out of it....Now since it is going to the turbo....will it have coolant mixed in?

No, I was wrong. The only thing that should be coming out of that line should be oil. If there is coolant in there, you have other problems.
 
The oil goes from your head to the turbo. Coolant for the turbo comes from your t-stat housing and goes to your crossover pipe. Each have seperate routes in the turbo. Never should mix.
