Im thinking of getting a blitz BOV i really like the looks of it , but i was wondering if it recirculats to the intake . The pic ive seen only show that it would vent to the atmosphere and I realy don't want to do this . If any of you know or have one id really like to know . Thank you!

i haven't installed the bov yet im waiting for the intercooler pipe with flange to arrive which should be friday ;)

Bah..... me and my attention to detail.

Well, you could buy the lil peice with the filter on it, hack saw the filter off, and use a hose + clamp on it.....

For some reason I spaced it, sorry.

The blitz is about the loudest bov on the planet. I have it on my car and vent to the atmoshpere with little or no affect. It is so loud I dumped boost on a guy riding a bike and he fell off. I really didn't mean to dump it but it just happened. I have the spring cranked down so it doesn't release all the air at once, it flutters as it opens. The greddy has that high pitched sound that I can't stand. I am very happy with my blitz.

ya i heard greddy is s**T which is why i got the blitz one. cause i mean the stock one needs to go cause i dunno about you but mines leaking and i have little mods done already! which is a bad sign. go with blitz or if you're a baller go for the turbonetics godzilla bov! hahaha

ok ya i installed the blitz and wow its so great and loud... but i really need to recirculate it and im trying to work on a method to do so.... it like kinda feels like it'll stall between shifts but the turbo spools up super nice and i hold mad boost

i highly recommend blitz!

I re-routed my blitz bov into the dump tube using the stock dump tube cut in 1/2 and some radiator hose. $20 fix, wors great and doesn't look too bad either. Check it out by searching blitz bov and my username jrtnos.... e-me with questions..

My Type-S used to be high pitched as whistly sounding when I had a T-25, now with a larger turbo it sounds a little deeper and has a much cooler sound. Know what the BOV's sound like when your watching those Japanese drifting videos? Thats what the TYpe-S soudns like with a big turbo. Much nicer. I was glad to see the whistling noise was gone.

Don't you have to buy a different spring if you are planning on running over 18 psi with the Blitz?

I heard that you can buy stronger springs for the blitz bov, and i also heard that the stock spring can get weak over time, but i don't know where you can buy the replacement springs??
Gooberlog

I have the blitz bov too and need some help with it. It has been on there for at least a few years already. First, I need to recirculate it. With that flange for the IC piping you can still just recirculate it to your intake right? Second, the o-ring on the elbo was gone so i removed it and tightened the hose directly on. Sounds better. Third, my check engine light is on cuz of the Fuel Trim, well that is the diagnostics term. Fuel cut, whatever, i need solutions cuz i cant get my stickers until i pass emissions.
Thanks,
Jim

To recirculate a blitz, you just need to buy and extra flange, undo the horn, bolt the flange to it and connect your rubber tube to the flange. DONE.

does it sound any different after you recirculated it? i also have a Blitz BOV, it is kind of sitting in the middle of my priority list to recirculate it, just wondering how it sounds now that it is recirculated....... but yeah, it is loud, my friend has a type s greddy, it is high pitched, but like dsm jim said, i am sure that when you get a bigger turbo, and run more boost, it sounds pretty sweet then too.
