150,000 Mile 95 TSI Question

I just picked up a 95 talon tsi awd. Before I do anything i am making sure all is well with the car trainy engine etc. My question is should i wait and rebuild the engine before i work on the intake and cat back boost control etc. or Should i go ahead with the parts and see what the car does. Thank you all in advance

Do a full tune up change all fluids fix the wrongs and start modding and see how it runs dont build an engine if your engine is perfectly fine unless you have money to burn.

Change the Timing belt first thing also since you don't know how long its been since that was done. I don't think doing exhaust and normal bolt on's will hurt the car so long as it's in good running condition.
