Is 13.5 psi from 1st to 4th gear safe, I hit 14psi in 5th.
Is this ok or do I need to turn down my MBC just a touch?

on the 2g isnt stock boost like 11.5 psi or somewhere around there. So yeah 13.5 psi isnt bad at all. You could wick it up to 15 psi. Get a Cat back and a fuel pump and you can go to 17 psi. Happy Boosting

do you feel any difference between 16psi and 18-20psi? I heard the T25 is nothing but hot air after 16 psi. Is it recommended to go up this high?

I plan on going to the track and want to run at least 18psi on c16. (stock fuel system).

That probably depend on what type of cooling you have (and pressure drop). I think larry had a fmic when he was running that, im not entirely sure though. Haha, I told a local Honda buddy of mine yesterday that I was tuning my car with 17psi on pump (not knowing anything about dsm's), he says " you are fuggin nuts!".

actually i was still on the stock sidemount when i did that.. i didnt put te FMIC in until I had the Big28.. and yes there was definitely a difference.. i dynoed all 3 different boost settings..its on my website

I'll have mine set at 15psi for daily driving, but plan on running 17-18psi at the track on c16. So I should feel a big difference when I adjust it to 17-18 psi on c16?

I was worried I wouldnt since people say the T25 is wortless above 16psi.

Thanks

Thats on pump, and like I said temp and pressure drop. If your in a hot ass situation with stock SMIC, then it might not make much power. Im sure if you put it c-16 and turn it up to 18psi, youll still get hella timing even if its hella hot...

I'd do a fuel pump re-wire just to be safe.

Don't run C16 through a cat! After a few trips to the track, you'll notice some problems -- due to your cat melting.
