Length of hoses from wg to profec Matter?

Is is better to have them as short as possible or does this really matter? I was just curious because I may try to mount the Greddy Motor box on the driver's side by the headlight if thats the case since its alot closer to my Tial.

Also, should it matter that I have 2 hoses tapped into the fpr line which goes ot the intake manifold? I have my boost gauge tapped into it aswell as the profec b headunit.

You mean to tell me no one has a Green with a Profec B hooked up??? This isn't rocket science here, the turbo is actually irrelevant, just any turbo with external gate setup

Since it's and EBC I don't beleieve the hose lenghs matters. Only on MBC's where it's only a ball and spring wil having longer hoses cause it to spike.

first off. HKS says to NOT tape the fpr line for vacuum.
second. tape the BOV line for the after TB pressure sensor
my evc ez {same stepping motor} is sitting right next to the air filter. right where the stock bov goes. my lines are no longer then 2ft long on the car. you MUST keep the lines under 3ft 4 inches. no longer, shorter the better. better boost response this way.

i grabbed a vacuum block off of a I-6 mustang today and am going to use it to shorten the vacuum lines up to see if it makes boost come on faster, and eliminate some nasty looking vacuum line messes under the hood

Interesting ... I'll look into that. The line provided by Greddy isn't long enough to make it that far, but can always get a bigger line.
