Spearco race core too much for my setup?

i have an a/t dsm and i have a evo 3 16g . i just picked up a race core for a good deal and i have all supporting mods. would it be too much over kill to run this core on the turbo? i'm considering selling my 16g if i have too.

It will work fine.

Hell I ran my 14b on a 28x11x4 fmic and noticed a descent gain in power.

Yeah that is not a problem. Some people that thing a big FMIC on a small turbo will decrease HP, and do a very small degree it will, but as soon as you start turning it up and/or move to anything a little larger it will only help.

I konw of lots of guys with big fmic with 14B and 16G turbos who run some pretty good times so go ahead and slap it on. If your running 15+psi of boost you will only see gains.
