HP gains from exhuast?

What kinda hp gains from exhausts are you guys getting, like an N1 Cat, or turboback. Or Thermal or RNR. Just whatever you have. Has anyone ever dynoed to see what the hp gains are, not just an estimate.

it depends on the mods you have .. the more mods the more it will help.

well i dont know any exact numbers but BEFORE i got it i has just intake and BOV and i raced someones CRX with B16A; he managed to beat me by a 1/4 of a car length. when i got my Turboback 2.5" DP and Hiflow cat leading to a 3" thermal. We raced agian and i beat him by a good 2 car lengths. My turbo was the most effective (and most $$$) mod i have do so far

DSM's aren't the be all and end all of cars. The sooner you learn that the better.

As for exhaust power gains, it depends on other modifications you have.
