I just picked up a 1g BOV at a junk yard today for 25 bucks... I know I need an adapter flange... does anyone know where I can get one for cheap? Do I need any other parts (gaskets, etc.)? Also, will it sound any different on an otherwise stock car? How about w/ an injen intake? How does yours sound? Thanks in advance for your help!!!

i assume you want to put your 1G BOV on your stock 2G UICP. well, if you really want to go this route, you need an adaptor from here:

but you will eventually be needing to upgrade your UICP

oh yeah you also need a 1G bov gasket, you can ride up to your local mitsu dealer they should have them. i ordered mine from conicelli because i wasn't in a rush. a buck or two. http://www.partznet.com

i have a 1G bov atop a buschur racing UICP, recirc into my injen intake pipe. that thing is loud as sin. i have surprised a lot of people when i have told them its 'only' a stock 1G bov. i rode in the passenger side for the first time in my car the other day, and with the window down OMG. PSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHT ;)
