I have what I believe to be a tranny problem due to process of elimination I performed but im not the most knowlegable person on this topic. So please read the process I took to narrow down the problem and let me know what you think. To start off this is a freshly rebuilt transmition and had a shift kit installed in the process. Also worth a mention is that the torque converter is new as well so here is how I figure it is a tranny issue (remember wheels are all off ground while testing except 1 cause that does it reagardless).

1. When I put the shifter in R, D or L there is a sound coming from the tranny like a relay going off and on really fast but it does not do that when it is in P, N or 2.

2. When put into (R) all four wheels move without a problem.

3. Put in (D) wheels spin and stop repeatly and continue on doin so, they never just spin freely as they should like in reverse.

4. Put in (2) same scenaro as (D)

5. Put in (L) same as well

6. Heres where it gets a little confusing because if I go from (P) straight to (L) the wheels spin no problem and moving the shifter up from that point makes all other gears work just fine. Even weirder yet is that you can shift any gear from that point and wheels will spin as they should.

I took the car on a road test and it does the same while driving with load... Any ideas? Need more input? Please give me some advice.

Nothing? At least I'm not the only one stumped I guess LOL.

I took the plugs off those and everything works just fine just have tranny code 0700... I can't swap those plugs for some reason though cause they won't fit on each other

To any who have read this and are interested or to any who may run into this problem here was the solution to my particular case. I took it to the shop that rebuilt the tranny and had them run their diagnostics on it and the problem was the shift solenoid (pulse generator) for first and second gear. From what the gentlemen told me the car actually sits in second gear while sitting still or moving at idle (creep mode) then down shifts into first when gas peddle is depressed. What was happening is when the gas peddle was pressed the solenoid was trying to kick it down into first but couldn't so it went back to second and continued doing so until the shifter was moved out of D. Seems a little weird to me but then again allot of things about this car do so it is what it is I guess. But luckily it is under warranty and it will be back to me on Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
