1G-specific 1g Turbo Manual ECU's on 1g Turbo A/T DSM's

I have a 92 TSI FWD A/T.

Which 1G TURBO MANUAL ECU'S can i put in my car??

does year make a difference??
does fwd or awd make a difference???
if it doesn't make any difference, what do different year cars have different pat numbers on their ECU'S.........

Man I feel this question never stops coming up...lol
There isn't a difference between AWD and FWD ECUs, however there is a difference between the AT and MT.
If you're going to get a MT ECU, you might as well get the cams, 14b, and injectors..

swap a 14B, 450's, and manual cams.


any 91-94 ECU wiill work. Plug and play.
