Google search gives me nothing at all, not even 1 site that has anything to do with Bancon & cars.

Bancon is a manufacturer of friction material for transmissions.

What you have is a band that has been re-lined by them.

That is a decent band and shouldn't give you any trouble.

The band is a 2-4 band for a W4A33 and F4A33 (or kickdown band as Mitsubishi calls it).

It applies in second and fourth gear in your DSM auto trans (hence the term 2-4 band).

Sweet...
So I guess getting the Alto end clutch kit + 2-4 band + A/T filter for $26 is a good deal
Now how hard would it be to replace all that when I've never dropped a trans. That Alto kit doesn't look like fun
