A/T blowoff??

My buddy just bought a A/T 91 laser turbo FWD and he wanted to know if he bought an aftermarket blowoff valve would it be loud like M/T? He just wants it for the sound. Thanks for the help.

tell him to just get an Hks SSQV or a turbo xs RFL If he just wants it for sound. Cbv's/Bov's sound the same on both trannys. Just get a bov and vent it. he will run into some idling problems and running rich between shifts.

He will be able to hear the cbv if he vents it. But if he wants it really loud then he will need an aftermarket bov

tell him to roll down his window, accelerate into boost and then let of the gas..... ... o yea my cuz invented a lil flapper that allows his car to vent to atmoshphere without giving it idling problems....

If he can't afford a proper party-favor BOV, he can't afford to own a DSM.

My 1g bov recirculated is just as loud as any other BOV... mostly cuz of hard piping and cone filter.

try a ssqv on for size...(vented to atmo) you will pee your pants.
