Tired of not having those really cool foglights on your 2g Eclipse RS or any model without them because the factory wanted to shave off a few bucks. Want to do it on a reasonable budget. Here is the complete how to with parts lists and numbers for you to do it. I did this about 2 years ago on my eclipse, and I've been lazy about posting it. Finally, here it is.

12mm socket wrench
10mm socket wrench with at least 6 inch extension
10mm wrench
phillips (star head) screwdriver
Parts
Fog light assembles, left and right, you can get new ones like me off ebay for around $130 shipped
Fog light brackets part numbers MR221612 and MR221611 $8.00 each
Bracket bolts, you will need 6 of them. Part number MS240121 $0.76 each
Factory fog light trim bezels, new on ebay for around $50.00, got mine cheaper used.
APC universal wiring harness. I got mine on sale at walmart for $7.00
Wire connectors, male and female, for easy plugging and unpluging(optional) $2.00 for a few sets at walmart.

The first step is to jack up the car. I did one side then the other.
Next I took off the brackets with a 12mm socket wrench at the top to the radiator and moved the radiator up slightly.
I ran the harness down next to the fan along some factory wiring harness.
I ran the wiring harness for the passager side on along behind the wiring harness behind the very bottom of the radiator.
After running the Harness, place the radiator back into place.
I ran the other side down and to the drivers side with some factory wiring.
Next I mounted the apc harness relay with a bolt next to the fuse box. use 10mm wrench
I then connected the grounding to a factory ground spot next to relay I just mounted. use 10mm wrench
Next, run what will be the hot power wire to the battery. use 10mm wrench
I ran the relay wire that will trigger the fog lights to come on to a fuse for the headlights in the fuse box. (I plan to later use a factory switch inside the car)
Here are some pics with lights on and off, I tested to make the wiring harness was correct. Where I tapped into the headlights, they always come on with headlights. I did not put in a switch. Its simple to do if you want to add one.
Remove old fog light bezels by simply unscrewing the screw at the top of the bezel, bezels should come right out.
Next, you will need to cut some of the plastic behind the fog light bezel to expose the 3 holes where you will bolt up the fog light brackets. I just cut some and pushed it to the side. It may be easier to take off the bumper and cut it with the bumper off.
Bolt up the fog light brackets using the 10mm socket wrench with extension
Place your fog lights into the holes, with light plastic pieces already installed on brackets into the holes.
Bolt the fog light into place on the opposite side of the bracket.
Repeat for other side.
Use the male and female connectors to wire them up or wire them up without.
Put the new fog light bezels into place.
Try out you new fog lights.
This is the only cheaper way to do this without replacing the whole entire engine bay harness. I would be easier to remove the front bumper to cut the plastic pieces for the mounting bolts. The relay wire can be wired to about any switch, I just don't have a factory for light switch yet. There may be other ways to run the harness but this was the easiest for me. Going to a junk yard would be alot cheaper and may find parts in just as good condition as ordering them.
