This is simple enough to do.
What is needed
Hose clamps
Screwdriver
Some hose to fit the oil cooler
Bucket with water
Compressed air sorce thats regulated ( Leak down tester will work)
Start by removing the sandwich oil cooler from the engine.
Clean as needed.
Attach hoses, one for air feed, block the other off.
Take bucket of water
Drop oil cooler in the bucket of water.
Regulate compressed air to 25-35psi
Look for bubbles.
No bubbles = cooler is good, install with new o ring and torque to spec.
DO NOT over torque, this will crush the sandwich plate and cause water and oil to mix.
See a stream of bubbles, cooler is bad, Replace.
Done.
