The stock seats in the Talon are getting worn out and nasty, lets see some of your aftermarket custom seating setups guys. 1st gen, 2nd gen it doesnt matter I want something sporty but isnt uncomfortable or full race type and can hold my ah, full frame

I think the Sparco Siena's are a nice seat. They cost around $450.... might be cheaper if you looked around. Here's the pic of a black one.

Here's my Tenzo seats. I have mixed feelings on these. The only costed me $450 for both seats w/ brackets, which was cool. They fit great, and look excellent. Also, they are comfortable. But I dont really care for the material they are made of. And my seats faded in color, really bad. I might have them re-apholostered, if it gets worse. Other than the fading, I'm glad I bought them.

check out my gallery, I have the sparco milanos. there nice but way over priced. kind of like flinstone furnture, hard as rock. I am not a small guy and I do fit, just make sure u sit in the seats u plan on buying before u shell out the cash because some of them are less than comfortable. if ur tall becarefull as well, I had to "fix" my seat brackets so I have room for a helmet.

Even though it will probly be pricey as crap, I plan to put Recaro Evo VIII seats in my next DSM.



Just a tip if you install shoulder harness's. DO NOT atach them to the same mouthing point as your lap belt, they MUST be directly behinde you or they could cause alot more harm than good.

I have R1 seats, they are great for the cost. I highly recomend them.

Where are you guys attaching the ends of your harnesses?? To the rear seat belt holes or the rear strut tower bar or something else??

roll bars provide the best mounting points, 90 degrees is the optimal mounting position for the harnesses. a roll bar with a harness mouting bar added in is nice, other wise u need to weld in or find a nice solid area to bolt a mount in to.

Mine are anchored to the same bolt that the rear belts use. The one underneath the rear seat. It works very good and looks good too.

mine bolt to the rear seat belt bolts, you need a harness bar to put them in correctly, but mine are mainly for looks anyways. I'm prob going to change and out a bar in soon.

Dude, you guys got some sweet deals on your seats! I am lookin for some seats my self. I think im gonna get some liteglows though...cause they are 150 a piece and they look decent. LET ME KNOW how or where you guys get your deals man, 2 sparcos for 450! And those grey/black seats towards the top....never seen em before and they are only 450! for a sparco! wow. I was thinkin about getting some jic seats....but they're 5-600 bucks. Plus you need to get the sliders and bolts to hook em up. BTW, the most important thing in a seat is that its comfy...im about 6', 200lbs, and have a 36 waist. I sat in a (i think) millano at the NAIAS 04 car show, and it was tight on the legs.

for all of you guys out there with racing seats, let me know what you all like!

my harnesses are 4 point. Mounted the lap belts in the stock places and for the upper 2, i took off the upper rear seat belt mounting point on the b pillars and also the middle of the rear seat where the stock belts latch in. there are only 2 bolts behind the driver, its not too hard to figure out where to mount them

Those seats are on ebay. They are generic brand made with the same cloth and are like Sparcos just without the name. They are not Sparcos

The sparcos at the very top are 450. each.
