What do you guys think of my talon?

You could change one of the headlights to be like the other. The next thing, try picking up some cheap clear corner lights on eBay. Then you could leave them clear, or tint them black.
I don't know if anyone has thought about this, but get those euro clear corners, and take them apart, and paint the chrome a semi gloss black. Then reassemble, and vola. And match it up with an amber bulb. IMO it would look pretty sweet.
Or you could convert yout car from the smiling face to a 97-99 front end, and rear end.
Post some pics of what ever you decide to do.

I think the question is:

What do you feel like doing to it next?
Exterior? Interior? Engine? Engine dress up? Performance?

If you ask me, start from exhaust, suspension and the work on the engine...

Yeah, I painted one of the headlights and the passenger side harness is impossible to remove. I think I'm just going to take it to a body shop and get them to polish and paint them  (unless you all have suggestions on that god forsaken harness)

persoanlly if i were yu, i would just buy a 97-99 talon TSi front bumper and a turbo spoiler. but i am really diggin the clean look that the car has! it looks very clean. nice work, and good luck!

Dude your car looks great. I agree about the corner lights, some ebay specials will look nice. I would switch the one black headlight back to silver. It looks like it's dirty or something, I dunno about that whole black headlight thing it just doens't look right for some reason to me.

I think an exhaust like a N1 or GReddy style tip would like nice on the back of your car too.

Thanks for all of the opinions guys, and I am looking at an N1 for the back, mainly because of the silencer tips so I don't have to deal with a low pitched groan every day. I plan on painting the other headlight it just turned into a goddamn monsoon season around here and wont warm up enough for me to get outside and work on getting her apart.

WHen I tried I couldn't get the harness off of the passenger side headlight because it was under the housing for some reason, anyone have any tips on that?

Your car makes me wish I had a 2G , I like the clean look and the wheels are not my style , but they do look nice on your car

i like your style, so thats a good thing. style as in no kits, and no b/s ass exterior mods. my suggestions for you are. number 1, paint that other side of your headlight black. dark headlights look good in my mind, and well, i hate chrome. number 2, get different rims. they don't look that bad, but i think some black rims with a chrome lip would look hella good. :thumb: and i know your car is still a project, but i'd lower that thing as well. i also do like your gauges. good work.
