just wondering wheres the best place to get a OEM 97-99 front end for a 96 eclipse. do you need to swap headlights when performering this swap. also, will the wiring harness for the 96 fog lights hook up to the 97-99 fogs?

You will need new headlights (97-99) and the best place i would say to get the front end is ebay or someone on the parts for sale forum....

well i dont have the car yet, im looking at a 96 gst and the car needs a new front bumper and full paint job. just wondering how much i should expect to pay to get the 97-99 front end and headlights so i can factor that into my offer. not really into the body kits and i would like to keep the stock look as much as possible.
