Maybe this is how it is suppose to work, but I think not. Please give me some insite on what may be the problem. I also am using this alarm with my turbo timer.

Wire off alarm: What it goes too:

Ignition Power Y- ACC on stereo (auto turn on)
Starter Interrupt Output O- BY ignition wire
Positive Flashing Parking Light Output W- GW wire in taillight relay on relay box
Domelight Supervision Input/Output BR + GV- BR to ground and GV to GR wire at passenger door pin
Negative Door Trigger G - GV wire for Domelight Supervision Input/Output

For the most part that covers it. Now I have a few problems with the alarm.

1. When I hit the lock (or unlock doesn't matter) the doors will lock like they are suppose to. The alarm will then go into the delay arm mode and arm in maybe 30 seconds. Everything works fine including the shock sensor. One problem though. When I hit the lock (or unlock) and the interior lights flash (OEM delay off so they really don't flash), my gauge cluster, dash control, and boost gauge lights also flash with it. My alarm has a unlock circuit that the parking lights stay lit for about 30 seconds. Throughout this time, the gauge, dash, and boost lights stay lit. In my manual, it says to be careful not to hook the W Positive Flashing Parking Light Output wire to the dimmer circuit. Isn't the gauge, dash, and boost lights part of the dimmer circuit? I don't see how they are connected, but if I disconnect the W wire from the GW wire in the taillight relay at the relay box they do not flash but neither do the parking lights.

What I don't understand is what causes the gauge, dash, and boost lights to come on and flash with the interior lights. AllData Online doesn't show the gauge cluster lights being connected to the parking taillight lights in any way.

2. Also when I hit the unlock button on the transmitter, the doors will unlock like they should but the door ajar light will flash on the dash. What is that about.

3. I don't think the last door arming or the doors lock at ignition "on" works either. I would like those to work also if possible.

Please, if anybody can help that would be great. This is one of my first alarm installs and I really want it to go smooth (besides working in 25 degree weather of course). Thanks a bunch! :)

Ooo, _with_ a timer. Happy electron wars.

You need full docs from both companies, whoever they may be, and look through their troubleshooting sections for interferences. Perhaps if you told us whose which you're dealing with, someone else here will have already been through their gauntlet.

My personal solution would be to throw the timer away, but that's me. Unless you're shutting down immediately after qualifying at the Daytona 24, they're wasted on a turbo that's both water- and oil-cooled.

your tail lights and gauge cluster operate off of the same fuse, so they are connected somewhere after the fuse..

I blew a fuse a few months ago, and no tail lights, and no gauge lights.. Replaced the fuse in the engine bay, and both were working again.

Ignition Power Y- ACC on stereo (auto turn on)

-Do not hook this wire to an ACC wire, hook it to a true ign wire that stay at 12v during starter cranking.

Starter Interrupt Output O- BY ignition wire

-This is a starter kill wire, why do you have it hooked to the ignition?

Positive Flashing Parking Light Output W- GW wire in taillight relay on relay box

-The parklights and the dashlights are connected in the dimmer circuit. It is normal on nearly all vehicles for the dash lights to flash with the park lights. If you really don't want this to happen, wire it directly to one of the parklight bulbs.

2. Also when I hit the unlock button on the transmitter, the doors will unlock like they should but the door ajar light will flash on the dash. What is that about.

-Your dome supervision wire is connected to the pass door pin, so when you unlock the doors, the dome sup circuit supplies ground to the door pin which turns on the door ajar light. If you don't want this to happen, wire the dome sup circuit directly to the dome circuit of the vehicle(directly to a dome light bulb). This may also solve your problem #3

3. I don't think the last door arming or the doors lock at ignition "on" works either. I would like those to work also if possible.

-Verify that your door trigger wire goes to ground when either door is opened.Hook your ign wire from the alarm to a true ignition wire and that should take care of this. The ACC wire loses power during cranking. Also on most alarms you can turn this feature on and off, make sure it is set to on.
