I worked my butt off to get my car ready for a local show. After all the work I get there. Then they put me off in the back corner. The show goes by votes. So, i figured I didnt have a chance at placing without people seein the car. So, I would wait a little bit and turn on the system and everyone would come running to see what it was. Atleast all the younger people. So it comes time for awards and I had no idea what to think. Then they call out me for 2nd place overal. I think I did pretty good. The guy that won was right at the front gate and requested to be no where near me. Oh, well. I'm happy I actually got something.

Here are some pics.

Wow looks good!! I'm sure a couple solarbaric's can grab people's attention no problem! :thumb:

Goodjob on placing...and better luck next time! If you don't mind, could you post some additional interior pictures?

I wish cars that clean and nice would compete in the local shows here. Congrats on your placing. Was it for eclipse/DSM or just an import/sport compact class? They usually do a DSM class at the locals here, and nobody ever hardly has a clean 1. I'd like to see a pic of 1st.

I had the turbo on there and removed it. I didnt want to mess up the engine in the car because it only has 30,000 miles on it. I started to build the motor then I bought a SRT-4. Now I dont know if I'm going to put the turbo back on or not. I have all the stuff ready except for i/c pipes. When I put it on to begin with I ran with out the i/c. Also I had to upgrade the fuel system.

I'll try to get up more pics of the interior. There is a few custom things in there. Like a guage pod below the cd player (fiberglass), and other things. Next is puting the Tv's back in.

The car show was for cars in general. I went up against street rods, shelby cobra's, ect. Mainly older people where there. So, that is probably why I didnt win. There wasnt any other DSM's there. Other than my cousins Conquest TSI.

I've been caught... yes that is an APC sticker... And yes its coming off. The car show was somehow related to Apc and they asked me to put it on there. I put the APC but left off the american products company part.

LOL, actually there is a couple of things that are apc on the car. Thats only b/c they were:
A. CHEAP
B. Only thing I could find quickly
C. Free

I mean some of their stuff is crap while other things are pretty good. And yes I just used APC and Good in the same sentence...
