Installing a 1g spoiler on a spoilerless car :D

I have the same problem. You need to drill holes in the metal and i dont really want to risk doing it myself. I decided to have a shop do it when I take it in to be painted. I would suggest the same for you, unless you are familiar with body work, or know someone that can help you out.

If you need to know where to drill the holes, I'd put lipstick on the ends of the bolts of the spoiler then set the spoiler on the hatch and the lipstick will rub off onto the car leaving you points to drill holes.

Thats how I did it to drill holes for my door skins off my talon onto my eclipse. worked great for me

How do you get the two end pieces to stay? I mean how do you put backings on the bolts, I can't find a way to reach the back wheel fender thing

do you have the brackets for the end pieces? they should screw on then the end pieces screw to them from the inside edges, I'd also put like a spot of emblem glue or something to the front corner of them.

my eclipse came with a spoiler on it so I didnt do that from scratch, but I did take it off and swap over the spoiler from my old talon so I know how they go on and off.
