Questions about primer...

Aright, I just took off the talon toenail spoiler earlier today and have already sanded/bondo'd the holes. What I'm wondering is could I just spray some spray can primer on, then sanding before bringing it to the shop?

What would be the difference between the spray can primer compared to the shop primer?

if you dont weld it the bondo is going to sink and eventually look terrible...

I used netting under it reinforced with some sticky ass tape so it should be fine...
