I was thinking about replacing the standard bulb used for the front turn signal lights with a Blue LED. And also for it to be always on, but dimmer, Then when the turn signal is on, It will be brighter, And blink. What would be the best LED to go with, And how would I wire a type of thing up like this?

Ok, thx I guess, It was just an idea anyway, So since I have blue front turn signals, and blue clear corners, Im a ricer? I just think it looks nice at night time.

If youre going to do it use white LEDs. It will look better than yellow incandescent bulbs without being rice.

you should watch out for that. in most places front lights are required by law to be white or amber and rears to be amber or red. flashing blue are usually illegal to even have in the car. even if they aren't on. you want to stay away from any flashing blue lights unless you check all your vehicle code crap to make sure the cops have nothing on you. (red to the front is usually illegal as well)
