Molded Front Bumper

Molding the Front and Rear bumper makes the car look really nice and clean.. But on the bad side of it, it's also a PITA...

I molded ONLY my side skirts on...

Reasons I did not want to do the front and rear, is because:

1. I can change to other kits if i want. Just take it off, and put on the new ones....

2. If you get rear ended, OR you rear end somebody else, it will be a pain, because you will have the chance of screwing up your fenders, not just your bumper.. I mean, if somebody rear ended you going like 1mph, it will have a chance of putting more damage to your car, not just the bumper alone... You will have to cut it to repair it, which will cost more money and more damage..

3. That's just my opinion though. I personally like it, but I dont think its worth all that trouble, UNLESS you can fix it yourself if these incidents occur....

Good luck on what you do.. I'm just giving my opinion....

I would like to leave the seam around the front bumper but just mold out the foglights and the ducts next to them

Here is my buddies front bumper.. He has the silvia headlight conversion though, but he molded this bumper...

BTW, I'm pretty sure its sylvia and not silvia. A lot of nissan guys always complain about that.

All I know is, this is what it says on the headlights

Let me explain it a little better. I agree that silvia lights should stay on a nissan but the original question was about moulding out the fog lights and ducts on a oem 2g bumper.

Here is a photoshop version of what I am talking about
